US Domestic customers will receive free shipping on purchases over $75. International customers can also enjoy free shipping on orders over $199. Orders below the free shipping threshold will be billed based on your location and USPS rates to your shipping destination. Orders placed on Timoteo.net are shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery orders are dispatched via FedEx 2Day Air or FedEx Ground, based on your zip code. Orders requiring Overnight, Rush, or Saturday delivery are shipped via FedEx. Shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes are sent via USPS. Upon shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details. To track your order, click on the tracking number next to “Track Your Shipment”.
We recommend that international orders be sent to private residential or business addresses rather than post office boxes. If a PO Box is chosen as the shipping address, FedEx may not be an option even if it is a better fit.
