Shipping policy
How can I get free shipping?
US Domestic customers will receive free shipping on purchases over $75. International customers can also enjoy free shipping on orders over $199.
Why am I being charged Duties and Taxes for my International order?
Additional costs such as duties and taxes are the responsibility of international customers.
Why are Duties and Taxes so high for my International order?
These charges are set by your local government and TIMOTEO has no control over them.
NOTE: The shipping fees do not include duties and taxes for international orders. Your order must meet the minimum free shipping threshold mentioned above to receive free shipping. However, your local government will still charge duties and taxes upon delivery.
How long will it take for TIMOTEO to ship my order?
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends and U.S. bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing.
NOTE: Opting for expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air) does not affect the order processing speed.
I live in the US. What are my options?
Orders placed on Timoteo.net are shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery orders are dispatched via FedEx 2Day Air or FedEx Ground, based on your zip code. Orders requiring Overnight, Rush, or Saturday delivery are shipped via FedEx. Shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes are sent via USPS. Upon shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details. To track your order, click on the tracking number next to “Track Your Shipment”.
I don’t live in the US. What are my options?
We recommend that international orders be sent to private residential or business addresses rather than post office boxes. If a PO Box is chosen as the shipping address, FedEx may not be an option even if it is a better fit.
How does TIMOTEO manage duties and taxes for international shipments?
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. We are required to label our international shipments accurately and cannot alter product pricing on invoices.
NOTE: Shipping fees do not include duties and taxes for international orders. Duties and taxes will still be charged by your local government upon delivery.
How does Timoteo determine the cost of shipping?
Customer rates will be automatically determined based on your chosen shipping destination. The carrier you select at checkout will calculate these costs.
