Neoprene Care Instructions:
Hand wash only – Clean neoprene with cool water and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as they can damage the material.
Air dry away from direct sunlight – After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause fading and stiffness.
Avoid oil-based lubricants – Oil and oil-based lubricants can deteriorate neoprene. Be sure to wash or wipe off any lube immediately to prevent damage.
Avoid wringing or twisting – Neoprene can lose its shape if twisted or stretched. Gently press out excess water instead.
Store flat or hung properly – Avoid folding neoprene to prevent creasing. If hanging, use a wide hanger and keep it away from heat sources to maintain its shape.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends and U.S. bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing.
NOTE: Opting for expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air) does not affect the order processing speed.
US Domestic customers will receive free shipping on purchases over $75. International customers can also enjoy free shipping on orders over $199. Orders below the free shipping threshold will be billed based on your location and USPS rates to your shipping destination. Shipping rates are subject to change depending on your destination and amount of products purchased.
Orders placed on Timoteo.net are shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery orders are dispatched via FedEx 2Day Air or FedEx Ground, based on your zip code. Orders requiring Overnight, Rush, or Saturday delivery are shipped via FedEx. Shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes are sent via USPS. We recommend that international orders be sent to private residential or business addresses rather than post office boxes. If a PO Box is chosen as the shipping address, FedEx may not be an option even if it is a better fit.
