How long will it take for TIMOTEO to ship my order?

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends and U.S. bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing.

NOTE: Opting for expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air) does not affect the order processing speed.

How can I get free shipping?

US Domestic customers will receive free shipping on purchases over $75. International customers can also enjoy free shipping on orders over $199. Orders below the free shipping threshold will be billed based on your location and USPS rates to your shipping destination. Shipping rates are subject to change depending on your destination and amount of products purchased.

I live in the US. What are my options?

Orders placed on Timoteo.net are shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery orders are dispatched via FedEx 2Day Air or FedEx Ground, based on your zip code. Orders requiring Overnight, Rush, or Saturday delivery are shipped via FedEx. Shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes are sent via USPS. I don’t live in the US. What are my options?

We recommend that international orders be sent to private residential or business addresses rather than post office boxes. If a PO Box is chosen as the shipping address, FedEx may not be an option even if it is a better fit.
